SICC Goals for 2023 – 2024

Ensure a comprehensive service delivery system of integrated services is available to all children birth through age five with or at-risk for developmental delays.

Promote the management and function of the SICC as it aligns and compliments the “All in for Kansas” strategic plan.
Maximize categorical aid funding in Part C programs.
Maximize Medicaid reimbursement for Part C and Part B.
Research the viability of statewide private insurance payments for Part C.
Improve the availability of reliable resources and information for parents in a centralized location.
Improve the recruitment and retention of the local workforce by collaborating with others.
Increase inclusion opportunities/experiences in communities identified with low inclusion data.
Increase the availability of mental health resources for providers and caregivers.
