Pre-K and Kinder Teaching Assignments (10/2016)  The State ICC believes that all teachers of young children should meet the standards of the state’s current unified early childhood license, elementary license, or unified elementary license and teach in settings appropriate to their license.
April 25, 2016 - The State ICC formed a position on the state budgeting issues concerning the Children's Initiative Fund (CIF) and the Kansas Endowment for Youth (KEY).  The Kansas Interagency Coordinating Council on Early Childhood Development Services sent a formal letter to all the members of the Kansas House of Representatives in Kansas State Senate expressing our concern for the possible cut in state funding.
