Memorandum of Agreement

The Coordinating Council for Early Childhood Disabilities Services, also known as the Kansas State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) has a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Kansas State Department of Education, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and the Kansas Department for Children and Families to support the work of the Kansas State Interagency Coordinating Council.
